## What this Zap does

Quote form → Google Sheet (or Airtable) → warm instant email (optional SMS) to the lead → Slack + email ping to Samira → 24-hour follow-up with two menu forks.

## Zap 1 — Instant capture + warmth + kitchen ping

### Trigger
**Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook** (or Typeform / WP form native trigger).  
Sample fields: `name`, `email`, `phone`, `event_date`, `guest_count`, `message`, optional `event_type`.

### Action A — Log the lead
**Google Sheets → Create Spreadsheet Row** in `Harbor Hearth Leads (DEMO)` / `Leads`  
Columns: `received_at`, `name`, `email`, `phone`, `event_date`, `guest_count`, `message`, `source`=`website_quote_form`, `status`=`new`  
*(Or Airtable → Create Record with the same fields.)*

### Action B — Instant reply (email) — Samira’s voice
**Gmail / Email by Zapier → Send Email**

## Zap 2 — Day-two follow-up

**Pattern:** same trigger (or New Spreadsheet Row) → **Delay by Zapier** 24 hours → optional Sheet lookup to skip if `status` is already `contacted` → send follow-up:
